To confirm the order an advance of 40% (for both wedding dresses and civil ceremony ones) is required and a contract will be signed. After that the two fittings will be scheduled, the initial and final fitting.
The remaining balance of 60% is paid when the dress is ready (after the second fitting).
In regards to evening dresses, the advance payment is 50%, besides that, the procedure is just the same as for wedding/civil ceremony dresses.

If you would like to wear a bra on the wedding day, please choose one in a similar colour to your skin tone with thin straps or transparent ones.
During the fitting we will be using a podium which will simulate the height conferred by high heels, so it is not mandatory to bring shoes on the day. Of course, we have a selection of high heels in the showroom if you would like to use them.
It is important to mention that for the next fittings you will need to bring the shoes you will be wearing during the wedding day as the length of the skirt needs to be cut in accordance to the height of the heel. For the fitting, please chose light make up and preferably no lipstick.

We recommend ordering a dress with a minimum of 4-5 months in advance so that there is enough time for possible modifications. If your time frame is shorter than the recommended one, please get in touch with our consultants, they will advise you on the process.
We offer the options of producing a dress in a shorter amount of time (7-31 days). This can entail an additional fee and it will only be confirmed after discussing with the production department. We believe in chemistry. Feelings and emotions will guide you towards the perfect choice, not an image. We do not recommend taking pictures during the appointment as we consider that the feeling of trying on a dress cannot translate on a screen. Through our experience we have discovered that images taken during the appointment do not reflect accurately the chosen dress and its fit. Most times pictures can create more confusion.

As soon as you have decided on a dress from the Divine Atelier collections, your measurements will be taken. The next step is making a payment of 40% of the total price of the chosen wedding/civil ceremony dress or 50% if ordering an evening dress.
The payment can be done by card, bank transfer or cash.
After signing the contract, the order will be placed with the production department within 10 days. Two fittings will be scheduled during which you will be able to follow the development of the dress together with our team from the production and design department. The remaining balance, of 60%, or 50% depending on the type of dress you ordered, will be paid when the dress is ready.
The fitting take place either in the Divine Atelier showroom on 2 Nicole Titulescu Street, Brasov or in our Bucharest Showroom on 45 Paris Street.
